Exchange Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t right, you can easily request an exchange.

Eligibility for Exchange

You can apply for an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items must be:

  • Unused and unworn

  • In original packaging

  • With all tags attached

What Can Be Exchanged?

You can exchange:

  • Size issues

  • Color change

  • Wrong item delivered

  • Defective or damaged products

Exchange Process

  1. Contact us on WhatsApp (0318-4211500) or via email with your order details.

  2. Share photos/videos of the product for quick verification.

  3. Once approved, send the item back to us through any courier service.

  4. After we receive the parcel, your new item will be dispatched.

Exchange Charges

  • If the mistake is from our side (wrong or damaged item), we cover all exchange costs.

  • For size or preference changes, the customer will bear the return shipping charges.

Important Notes

  • No exchange on used, washed, or damaged items.

  • Accessories might not be eligible for exchange.

  • Sale/discounted items may have limited exchange options.
